The Role
As the Executive Chef for our 365 Food & Beverage Operations, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape and deliver a new culinary vision at the centre of Manchester City’s emerging Entertainment District. In this pivotal role, you’ll define the tone, energy, and standards across a dynamic mix of brand new restaurants and venues - opening in 2026. It’s a position that combines creativity with leadership: crafting concepts, developing menus, and driving innovation across formats designed to rival the very best in Manchester. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in multi-brand, high-volume hospitality, paired with a deep understanding of trends, seasonality, and guest experience. Your Impact
Lead Culinary Vision: Define and drive the creative direction across all 365 F&B venues, from concept through launch and ongoing evolution.
Deliver Operational Excellence: Oversee menu development, standards, and kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and profitability across multiple outlets.
Innovate & Inspire: Champion fresh, seasonal, and trend-led food concepts that set new benchmarks for Manchester’s dining scene.
Collaborate & Launch: Partner with internal teams, vendors, and operating partners to bring each venue’s identity and offer to life.
Build & Develop Teams: Recruit, mentor, and lead talented culinary teams, creating a high-performance and inclusive kitchen culture.
Drive Sustainability & Standards: Embed ethical sourcing, waste reduction, and full compliance across all venues.
Shape the Guest Experience: Elevate dining through creativity, presentation, and storytelling that connects guests to the brand.
