City Football Group (CFG) is the holding company established to oversee the creation and administration of a network of linked clubs and other footballing operations under the aegis of Manchester City.
Based in the United Arab Emirates, this full-time role offers an opportunity to play a key part in delivering Manchester City Football School programmes while developing your leadership and coaching experience in an international environment. You will support the growth and success of a designated venue, contributing to high-quality coaching delivery, team development and operational excellence within a dynamic and multicultural setting.

Our Football Education team delivers programmes across the world, bringing Manchester City’s coaching philosophy to life in diverse environments. In the UAE, our programmes continue to grow, providing opportunities to develop players, support coaches and deliver high-quality football experiences across multiple venues.
The Role
You will support the delivery and development of a Manchester City Football School venue, helping to ensure programmes are delivered to a consistently high standard. Working closely with the Head Coach, you will contribute to coaching delivery while supporting the development of the wider coaching team and maintaining alignment with Manchester City’s philosophy and methodology.
Alongside coaching, you will play an active role in the day-to-day management of the venue, supporting operations, administration and communication with players, families and internal stakeholders. You will contribute to planning, reporting and continuous improvement, helping to enhance programme quality and support growth initiatives across the venue.
You will also contribute to the wider City Football Middle East team, supporting delivery across programmes and stepping into leadership responsibilities when required. Through your approach, you will help create a positive, professional and high-performing environment for players and colleagues.
