About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as a Manager, Partnership Solutions on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The Partnership Solutions Team develops and delivers Liverpool FC’s partnership proposition. Acting as in-house consultants, they craft compelling sales and renewal narratives, producing decks, proposals, and business cases that drive new and ongoing investment. The team brings together expertise from across LFC and the wider FSG family to set the industry standard for creating impactful, data-driven partnerships.
This role leads new business and partner renewal projects, working closely with Sales, Delivery, and Central Teams to create tailored narratives, presentations, and materials that drive partnership conversations. The Manager builds strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, blending data and creativity to deliver compelling proposals. Supporting the Director, they help design rights packages aligned to client objectives, guide the Sales Team through negotiations, and play a key role in securing high-value deals.
What will you be doing?
Lead proposition development for multi-million-pound deals with prospective brand and Partner renewals
Support the development of the Liverpool FC partnership proposition
Contribute to the development of new rights and assets
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a candidate with strong knowledge of the sports and entertainment landscape, complemented by experience in sports marketing and/or brand marketing within an agency, brand, or major rights holder. You will have proven expertise in developing creative campaign ideas and clearly articulating how they align with a brand’s key objectives. A deep understanding of social media platforms and the broader digital marketing space is essential, along with the ability to speak confidently about both owned and third-party platforms. The role requires outstanding communication skills across multiple mediums, including the ability to craft compelling and persuasive narratives. This is a full-time perm position working 35 hours per week. Your main base will be our Chapel Street Office, Liverpool which is close to local bars, shops and restaurants and has great views over the river Mersey.
