About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC Foundation team as a Grants and Governance Senior Coordinator.
The role is key to grow the LFCF’s grant giving and to deliver the Foundation’s ambitious strategy 2025-2030:

To be successful in this role, You will bring substantial experience from a similar role within a registered or exempt charity, ideally within a charitable company structure like ours and you will understand governance frameworks and how to work effectively within them.
You’re someone who lives by strong values, treats everyone with dignity and respect, and actively champions equality, diversity, and inclusion. You will thrive in diverse environments and enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life. Your communication style is natural and approachable—whether in person or in writing. As well as, highly organised and detail-oriented, you’re confident interpreting and applying policies, procedures, legislation, and regulatory guidance. You will be a skilled administrator who keeps things running smoothly.
Your written communication is clear and professional, and you’re comfortable with numbers—confident using Excel to manage budgets and produce insightful management reports. You will be digitally savvy and experienced across a range of platforms and tools, and you’re always open to learning new ones. You will deliver excellent customer service, often acting as the first point of contact for clients or service users, and you know how to make people feel heard and supported. You will also bring experience in line management, with a collaborative and empowering approach to leading others.

This is a full-time permanent role working 35 hours per week. Your main base will be our community facility at Anfield Sports and Community Centre but you will also be required to attend other places of work including our city centre offices.
