We are looking for Casual Room Supervisors to be at the heart of the action on match days, leading your team to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences.

What will you be doing?

  • You will lead a hospitality suite or area on match days, ensuring smooth operations and an outstanding guest experience.

You’ll also handle staffing and guest issues, ensure compliance with all policies and health & safety standards, and delegate tasks effectively to maintain quality throughout.

Who are we looking for?

  • A proactive, hands-on leader who can use initiative and make decisions under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and setting high standards for others.
  • Experience developing and motivating diverse teams, leading by example on the floor.
  • Good commercial awareness and a drive to achieve results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the stamina to handle match day demands.
