Lincolnshire FA is looking for an ambitious and inspiring leader to join its Senior Management Team as Head of Football Strategy & Delivery.
The Role
You will lead all football development activity across the Association, turning strategic ambitions into action and making sure priorities deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes.
Working with clubs, leagues, volunteers, schools, local authorities and partners, you will help build a more connected football network – from supporting the affiliated game and opening up opportunities for under-represented groups to exploring football’s role in health, wellbeing and community development.

- Translate strategy into action with measurable outcomes
- Build strong relationships with clubs, leagues, schools, local authorities and partners
- Improve opportunities for under-represented groups
