Leyton Orient is looking for a Lead Data and Recruitment Analyst to join the analysis team within its Recruitment Department.
The Role
You will lead the club’s video analysis support and data workflows throughout the recruitment process, delivering detailed analysis on shortlisted targets and supporting player identification through live and video scouting. You will work closely with the Head of Recruitment and Chief Scout.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide recruitment analysis support across every stage of the player recruitment process
- Lead the club’s video and data analysis provision for recruitment
- Produce video packages on shortlisted targets, aligned with the club’s position archetypes
- Create technical and non-technical player dossiers
- Carry out live and video scouting using an evidence-based approach
- Help integrate live scouting, video scouting and data analytics into one consistent process
