The Leicestershire & Rutland Cricket Foundation is looking for a Head of Cricket Operations, a senior leadership position reporting to the Managing Director.
The Role
Acting as the Managing Director’s deputy when required, you will lead and coordinate the Foundation’s cricket delivery, making sure strategic priorities become effective operational plans and measurable outcomes across schools, clubs, leagues, competitions, facilities, women and girls’ cricket, disability and inclusive cricket, and workforce development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the Foundation’s cricket delivery functions
- Turn strategic priorities into operational plans and measurable outcomes
- Oversee programmes across schools, clubs, leagues, competitions and facilities
- Drive growth in women and girls’ cricket and disability and inclusive cricket
- Lead senior operational staff, manage budgets and performance
- Develop partnerships with key stakeholders
- Ensure high standards of governance, safeguarding, equality, inclusion and compliance
About You
- Senior leadership experience in sport development or cricket
- Experience managing people, budgets and performance
- Strong stakeholder and partnership skills
- A commitment to safeguarding, equality and inclusion
