Leicester Tigers are a professional rugby union club based in Leicester, England. They play in Premiership Rugby, England's top division of rugby. The club was founded in 1880 and since 1892 plays its home matches at Mattioli Woods Welford Road in the south of the city.
Job Purpose:
You will play a key role in managing and enhancing the Club’s portfolio of commercial partners, ensuring all partnerships are delivered to a high standard and aligned to both partner and Club objectives. The role focuses on building strong, long-term relationships, overseeing the delivery of contractual rights, and creating innovative activation programmes that maximise value for partners.
You will lead on day-to-day partner servicing, working closely with internal teams to deliver best-in-class partnership experiences, while identifying opportunities to strengthen and evolve partnerships over time. You will also play an active role in engaging partners at matchdays, events, and key Club moments.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Management & Service Delivery
• Take ownership of a portfolio of commercial partners, ensuring all contractual rights are delivered accurately and to a high standard
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact
• Lead the planning and delivery of partnership activation programmes across matchdays, events, and campaigns
• Work collaboratively with internal departments including Marketing, Communications, Ticketing and Events & Community to ensure seamless execution
• Ensure all partnership activity aligns with wider Club objectives and partner business goals
Relationship Management & Engagement
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with partners, agencies, and key stakeholders through regular and proactive communication
• Manage partner expectations effectively, identifying opportunities to enhance and evolve partnerships
• Provide a consistently high level of service, ensuring a positive partner experience at all touchpoints
• Support matchday and event engagement, hosting partners and ensuring delivery excellence
• Contribute to a collaborative and positive team culture by sharing insights and best practice across the partnerships team
