Leicester Tigers is looking for a passionate and driven Casual Ticketing Assistant to work in its Ticket Office.
The Role
Leicester Tigers is England’s most supported and most successful rugby club, representing its community in elite men’s, women’s and wheelchair rugby since 1880.
Based at Mattioli Woods Welford Road, the largest designated club rugby stadium in England, you will report to the Ticket Office Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell and administer match tickets and other ticket office products
- Arrange and distribute matchday ticket collections
- Answer customer queries by phone, email and in person, efficiently and courteously
- Work on match days (Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays) and non-match day Saturdays as required
About You
- Able to show the Club’s values: Selfless, Honest, Tough and Relentless
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Available to work evenings and weekends, including home fixtures
- Eligible to work in the UK (bring your passport or birth certificate to interview)
- Desirable: experience in a similar role
