Leicester Tigers is looking for Casual Matchday Engagement Assistants to help create an unforgettable matchday experience for fans at Mattioli Woods Welford Road.
The Role
Leicester Tigers is England’s most supported and most successful rugby club, representing its community in elite men’s, women’s and wheelchair rugby since 1880.
Reporting to the Matchday Experience Executive, you will help deliver the activations and activities that bring matchdays to life for supporters of all ages.
Key Responsibilities
- Help set up matchday activations, including inflatables and other activities
- Assist with half-time activations
- Help set up and run the Junior Tigers Club
- Follow health and safety and security procedures
About You
- Able to show the Club’s values: Selfless, Honest, Tough and Relentless
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Available to work evenings and weekends, including home fixtures
- Eligible to work in the UK (bring your passport or birth certificate to interview)
- Passionate about enhancing fan engagement
- Desirable: experience in a similar role and awareness of safeguarding practice (KCSIE)
