Leicester Tigers are looking for Casual Match Day Engagement Assistants to help create an unforgettable match-day experience for every fan at Mattioli Woods Welford Road Stadium.
The Role
Reporting to the Matchday Experience Executive, you will help set up and run match-day activations, half-time activities and the Junior Tigers Club, working in a fast-paced live sport environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Help set up match-day activations, including inflatables and other activities
- Assist with half-time match-day activations
- Help set up and run the Junior Tigers Club
- Follow health, safety and security procedures
- Uphold the club’s values: Selfless, Honest, Tough and Relentless
About You
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Passionate about improving fan engagement on match days
- Available to work evenings and weekends, including home fixtures
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Desirable: experience in a similar role and awareness of safeguarding practices and KCSIE
