The Role

The Club are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Artworker to join the Communications & Marketing department. You will be responsible for taking existing creative designs and adapting them across a wide range of sizes, formats and platforms, bringing the Leicester Tigers brand to life across digital, print, signage, matchday and marketing activity. Working closely with the Graphic Designer and wider Multimedia team, you will ensure artwork is creatively adapted while remaining consistent with the Club’s brand guidelines.

You will have a strong eye for detail and be confident preparing artwork for both digital and print production, working with external print and signage suppliers where required. The role will support campaigns, matchday activations, Club events, community activity, retail and Club Partner requirements, ensuring creative assets are delivered accurately, efficiently and to a consistently high standard across all Club channels.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Assisting the Content Lead with the adaptation and production of artwork and creative assets

• Adapting artwork for a wide range of print, digital, email, web, signage and advertising formats

• Managing relationships with print and signage companies, as well as working with internal departments to ensure artwork and production deadlines are met

• Acting as an on-site point of contact for signage, artwork and graphic installations

• Working club-wide to adapt and prepare creative artwork from initial brief through to final production-ready files

• Ensuring all artwork adheres to the Club’s brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across all channels

• Using initiative and creativity to adapt existing designs into different sizes, formats and applications while maintaining the integrity of the original creative

• Carrying out any other duties and tasks required by management, which are within the post-holder’s capabilities
