Leicester City Football Club is looking for passionate and skilled Foundation Phase Coaches to join Leicester City Academy.
The Role
You will support the development of young players aged 9–11 by creating an engaging, inclusive and appropriately challenging learning environment that helps them become confident, skilful, intelligent and adaptable footballers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate coaching practices aligned with the Academy curriculum
- Bring a proactive and innovative approach to player development
- Communicate positively with players, parents, coaches and management
About You
- A minimum UEFA B qualification (or working towards it)
- Significant experience in young player development
- Knowledge of appropriate technique and skill development practices
- Energy, enthusiasm and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
