Leicester City Football Club is looking for a driven and ambitious Commercial Executive to join Leicester City Women (LCFCW) and help deliver the club’s commercial growth strategy.
The Role
Working across partnerships, sponsorship, matchday revenue, hospitality and Belvoir Drive venue hire, you will identify new business opportunities, build and manage commercial relationships, maximise revenue and help deliver exceptional experiences for partners, supporters and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new commercial and partnership opportunities
- Build and manage relationships with partners and sponsors
- Maximise revenue across sponsorship, matchday, hospitality and venue hire
- Prepare commercial proposals and analyse performance data
- Help deliver excellent experiences for partners, supporters and customers
About You
- Experience in commercial sales, sponsorship, business development or partnership management
- A proven track record of hitting revenue targets
- Strong commercial awareness, communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (desirable)
- Knowledge of the sports industry, sponsorship activation and women’s football is an advantage
Key Details
- Location: Leicester City Women’s Training Ground, Belvoir Drive, Leicester (LE2 8HN)
- Contract: 12-month fixed term, full time (37.5 hours per week)
- Salary: Competitive, plus benefits
