The Gold Coast Titans are looking for a passionate, player-focused Pathways Coach to help shape the future of rugby league talent at the club.
The Role
Working closely with the Pathways team, you will deliver high-quality coaching and player development while identifying emerging talent across junior, school and representative competitions. You will also support and educate coaches across the club’s catchment, helping to set consistent coaching standards and a strong development pathway for aspiring players.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver individual and group skills sessions that build technical, tactical and decision-making skills
- Design structured skills programmes aligned with the Titans Pathways development framework
- Give constructive feedback and individual development plans to players
- Help deliver training camps, development clinics, academy sessions and representative programmes
- Deliver coach education sessions, workshops and resources for community, school and junior representative coaches
- Identify and assess emerging talent across the Gold Coast, Northern Rivers, wider Queensland and beyond
- Prepare player assessments and talent identification reports, and track player progression
- Build strong relationships with players, families, schools, junior clubs and coaches
About You
- A passionate rugby league coach who thrives on developing players and identifying talent
- A strong understanding of player development and an eye for talent
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and travel across the Gold Coast, Northern Rivers, Queensland and interstate
