About the Role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you'll be responsible for generating new revenue into the Club through our Commercial Partnerships program and managing our apparel partnership. This role works across our NRL, NRLW and Netball programs, connecting businesses with the power of sport and delivering exceptional value for our partners.
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of professional sport, weekend work will be required throughout the NRL season to support match day operations.

Commercial Sales
- Working alongside the Executive General Manager Commercial and Commercial Manager to generate new revenue and achieve annual revenue targets
- Conducting regular and thorough industry analysis to identify growth categories for business outreach
- Developing bespoke sponsorship proposals in response to marketing briefs and proactive industry research
- Generating and qualifying contacts, prospects and sales leads for sponsorship opportunities
- Maintaining accurate records of traditional sponsorship assets, availability and valuations
- Managing an accurate and up to date pipeline system
- Identifying key influencers and decision makers within target businesses to connect and build sales opportunities
- Actively identifying business connection opportunities amongst the Titans corporate network with thorough documentation for reporting purposes
Account Management
- Managing the sponsorship relationship between the Club and our apparel manufacturer partner, ensuring effective delivery of sponsorship assets while driving merchandise and apparel sales outcomes
- Taking operational responsibility for the logistical requirements of managing this account, working with various departments across both football and administration to ensure timely ordering and delivery of apparel
- Supporting other partnership management activity and general account management as directed by the GM Commercial Partnerships
Above all, working in a sporting club means having the right attitude, being willing to get your hands dirty and a love of being part of the team.
About You
You bring tertiary qualifications in Business or Sports Management, combined with proven experience in both Business Development and Account Management roles. Your high level of attention to detail and ability to work autonomously to generate results sets you apart, while your experience in proposal building and financial modelling of partnerships ensures you can deliver value from day one.
Previous experience in apparel design, implementation and marketing/sales is highly desirable and will help you excel in this role but isn’t essential. You'll also need a current Working with Children check and Driver's Licence for this position.
