The Head Coach of Glasgow Warriors Women will lead the team’s high-performance programme in the Celtic Challenge competition, driving its continued development and readiness for future growth in the women’s game. • Work collaboratively across the wider player pathway, including Central and National Academy environments, to support progression and performance.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven coaching expertise within a high-performance sport environment, with the ability to lead and develop elite athletes and teams.
  • Strong understanding of performance pathways, player development and competitive playing demands.
