Fiji Rakavi Football Union Limited invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Human Resources & Payroll Officer.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the Chief Executive Officer by delivering efficient and effective human resource and payroll services across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
· Process payroll using Diskpay, including preparation of vouchers, payroll reconciliations, and payments
· Serve as the key point of contact for all HR and payroll-related queries
· Maintain and update payroll and employee records accurately
· Manage month-end processes, including lodgment of FNPF and FRCS
· Coordinate recruitment and contract management for players, team management, and tour personnel
· Monitor staff leave and maintain accurate records for reporting purposes
· Conduct employee onboarding and facilitate exit interviews
· Administer and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
· Support the review and implementation of HR policies and initiatives
· Maintain employee contracts and leave management systems
· Coordinate and process work permits for expatriate staff
Qualifications, Experiences and Competencies
1. Qualification in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration
3. Knowledge of FNPF and FRCS compliance requirements
4. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
5. Excellent organisational and communication skills
6. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
7. Experience with payroll systems (e.g., Diskpay) will be an advantage
