England Rugby is looking for casual event day stewards at Allianz Stadium, Twickenham.
The Role
Allianz Stadium is the home of England Rugby, the headquarters of the Rugby Football Union (RFU) and one of the foremost sports and concert venues in the UK and Europe, with a capacity of 82,000.
Stewards help provide safety and security across the Allianz Stadium complex and at frequent off-site events.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a friendly and proactive service to all guests
- Carry out access control, queue management, bag checks and directional duties
- Monitor spectators and report unusual crowd dynamics, hazards, defects and suspect objects
- Keep entrances, gangways and exits clear and enforce ground rules
- Help maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
About You
- A Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety
- Good customer service and communication skills
- The confidence, stamina and perseverance to deal with incidents
- Aged 18 or over
Key Details
- Location: Allianz Stadium, Twickenham, and off-site events
- Contract: Casual
- Commitment: The majority of around 20 events a year, mostly at weekends
- Shifts: 8–12 hours a day, between 06:00 and 23:59
- Full training provided
- Closing date: 6 November 2026
