England Hockey is looking for an inspirational Head Coach to lead the Great Britain and England Women’s programme to the Los Angeles Olympics and beyond.
The Role
You will build a high-performance culture, develop exceptional athletes and people, and deliver medals at Olympic Games, World Cups and major championships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation, selection and performance of the GB and England Women’s teams
- Work with the Performance Director and a multi-disciplinary team to deliver an integrated performance strategy
- Build partnerships across England Hockey, GB Hockey, Hockey Wales and Scottish Hockey
About You
- Proven success leading high-performance programmes at World Championship and/or Olympic level
- Exceptional technical and tactical understanding of the international game
- Inspiring leadership, strong judgement and resilience under pressure
- A holistic, athlete-centred approach to developing people and teams
- Relevant high-performance coaching qualifications
