England Hockey is looking for an exceptional Head of Talent Development (GB & England) to lead the strategic development and delivery of the GB Elite Development Programme and England Talent Strategy.
This is a pivotal role at the heart of our performance pathway — identifying, developing and transitioning the players with the potential to achieve international medal success.
We’re looking for an inspirational and strategic leader who can:
- Lead and evolve a world-class GB Elite Development Programme
- Provide strategic oversight of England’s Talent System, including Age Groups, Talent Academies and Talent Club Certification
- Establish a clear and consistent coaching and playing identity across the pathway
- Lead and develop a high-performing Talent team
- Use data, insight and innovation to drive better player development
- Build strong partnerships across GB, England and the wider international sporting landscape
With an established network of 24 Talent Academies, 65 Talent Certified clubs and a growing Elite Development Programme, this is an opportunity to build on significant progress and shape what comes next.
