WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Delivering precise, prompt, and diverse administrative support to the Cricket Regulator
  • Managing inboxes for Executive Team and also shared mailboxes
  • Manging diaries
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Organising various team meetings to include booking venues, group accommodation and taking minutes
  • Support the planning and delivery of Cricket Regulator events
  • Supporting the finance process including raising purchase orders and processing invoices
  • Managing the required logistics for the independent Recreational Discipline Panel hearings (to include planning meeting dates and venues, liaising with individuals subject to investigation and panel members, sharing sensitive case files and decision letters)
  • Assisting with all the required logistics for the independent Cricket Safeguarding and Cricket Discipline Panel hearings as required
  • Occasional evening work to support Panel hearings
  • Any other reasonable tasks as requested by the line manager and Managing Director of the Cricket Regulator

YOU’LL HAVE

  • The right to work in the UK
  • A relevant background in a secretarial or administrative role
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience of diary management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Experience in quickly learning and applying new processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Experience, and proficiency using IT software such as Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet and Adobe.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • A flexibility and desire to undertake a diverse range of responsibilities
