Are you a driven Academy Coach looking to make a real impact? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can accelerate player development? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for a dynamic Academy Coach to join our team. In this role, you will coach the best young players in Scotland and prepare them for professional rugby. If you are passionate, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a desire to grow, we want to hear from you.

What you will be doing:

  • coach the contracted Academy players in the technical and tactical aspects of the game.
  • deliver individual skills and group sessions.
  • provide feedback to players and colleagues on player development

What we’re looking for:

  • experience of playing or coaching in an elite environment.
  • understanding and experience of MDT working
  • understanding and track record of player and athlete development
  • a skillset and experience in backs coaching
