Disability Sport Wales (the Federation of Disability Sport Wales) is looking for an insport Case Officer on a contract for services.
The Role
insport is Disability Sport Wales’ strategic programme to drive cultural change across physical activity and sport in Wales, so that disabled people are meaningfully included in all aspects of organisational planning and delivery. You will work alongside the team to support the progress of National Governing Bodies, Regional Sport Partnerships and National Partners as they develop inclusive provision and programming.
Key Responsibilities
- Support partner organisations to develop their inclusive provision and programming
- Influence attitudes and approaches to disability inclusion across the sector
- Build strong relationships and help shape partners’ work programmes
About You
- Experience of inclusive community and/or performance sport
- Established knowledge of the physical activity and sport network and partners in Wales
- The skills to influence inclusive cultural change and build equitable workforce development systems
- A proactive, experienced and person-focused approach
Key Details
- Location: Wales
- Contract: Fixed-term contract for services, part time
- Fee: £550 per month
