The Cricket Development Officer will be responsible for the delivery of both the DCF's Volunteer Workforce and Welcoming and Inclusive Clubs Operational Plan, in collaboration with the Clubs and Leagues team. The successful candidate will be proactive in providing more opportunities for people to be involved in cricket as a volunteer, ensuring cricket is inclusive and accessible in all areas of the county. Working across the recreational game, the role will focus on creating inclusive environments, developing opportunities, and supporting clubs and communities to engage more with cricket. This role is central to achieving the DCF's purpose to empower communities and improve lives through cricket, and to inspire a generation to say, "Cricket is a game for me".

This is a full-time role.
