About the Role
As Finance & Operations Administrator at BUCS, you’ll be the go-to person keeping our finances and day-to-day operations running smoothly. From handling Xero reconciliations, payroll, invoicing and payments to managing office suppliers, staff contracts and supporting major member events, this is a genuinely varied role where your work directly supports university sport nationwide.
You’ll have real ownership – spotting improvements, streamlining processes and seeing your ideas make an immediate difference – all while working in a friendly, inclusive team that values development and new perspectives.
