Bristol City Women, entering a new era of growth under the stewardship of Mercury13, are looking for a casual physical performance coach to join their Professional Game Academy.
The Role
This is a great opportunity to kickstart a career in professional football. You will provide physical support to U16 academy players across training and fixtures, working closely with coaches and academy staff on player development, injury prevention and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical performance support to academy players across training and fixtures
- Work with coaches and academy staff to support player development, injury prevention and wellbeing
- Contribute to the wider Academy performance strategy
- Help continuously improve physical performance provision
About You
- Passionate about the development, wellbeing and performance of young female footballers
- A proactive, player-focused practitioner who works well in a multidisciplinary team
- Committed to learning and developing your practice
- A DBS check is required
