Bristol Bears is looking for a Group Sales and Community Marketing Executive to grow attendances at Bears home games by building strong relationships with schools, community groups, local rugby clubs and businesses. The role reports to the Head of Marketing.
The Role
Group bookings play a huge role in growing attendances at Bristol Bears games. This role exists to take that opportunity much further, turning relationships into group bookings and memorable experiences at Bears home games.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with schools, community groups, local rugby clubs and businesses
- Turn those relationships into group bookings for Bears home games
- Create memorable matchday experiences for group customers
- Help grow attendances at Bristol Bears games
Key Details
- Location: Bristol Bears High Performance Centre / Ashton Gate / Outbound
- Contract: Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
- Closing date: 29 October 2026 at midnight
