Role: Albion Forever Coordinator
Salary: £18,000 per annum (based on FTE of £30,000 per annum)
Hours: 21 hours per week (days to be confirmed)
Location: American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing
Contract Type: Permanent

Keep our former player community connected and supported!
You will play a key role in keeping our players connected to the club and supported in their ongoing personal and professional journeys. You will:
Organise and coordinate face-to-face events, manage online platforms, and produce regular newsletters for the former player community.
Serve as the main administrative point of contact for former players, signposting them to internal teams or external support networks.
Track player progress post-academy and maintain up-to-date guidance on education and training pathways (such as PL Futures and PFA Education).
Collaborate with the Club, Foundation and commercial partners to source and share job, work experience and mentoring opportunities.

We are looking for an individual who is exceptionally organised, brings strong project coordination experience, and possesses brilliant people skills. You will excel at building authentic, trusting relationships while maintaining the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality.
