Bolton Wanderers is looking for a Club Shop Retail Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of its retail store.
The Role
You will lead and develop the retail team, deliver an excellent customer experience, maintain merchandising and stock standards and act as Duty Manager when the Store Manager is absent.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day running of the store and motivate the retail team
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues
- Help with recruitment, induction, training and rotas
- Maintain merchandising standards, process deliveries and run stock counts
- Handle cashing up and banking
- Work match and event days, including evenings and weekends
About You
- Previous retail experience, including supervising staff
- Experience with cash handling, opening and closing, stock control and merchandising
- Experience meeting targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and evenings
- Desirable: full UK driving licence, retail software and visual merchandising experience
