Bolton Wanderers is looking for a Conference & Banqueting Logistics Porter to help deliver a high-quality service to its guests.
The Role
You will set up and clear meeting and event rooms, keeping presentation and service standards high and working closely with the Conference & Events team.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up meeting and event rooms to specification before guests arrive
- Clear rooms promptly after events, removing food and beverage and storing equipment safely
- Maintain conferencing presentation and service standards
- Liaise with the Conference & Events team on any changes
- Report maintenance needs and hazards
About You
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Able to prioritise work and solve problems
- Desirable: experience in a similar role or in a hotel or conference venue
