Bolton Wanderers is looking for an Academy Kit Co-Ordinator to join its kit team and take responsibility for all academy playing kit, training wear and football equipment.
The Role
Working closely with the Academy Operations Manager, the academy management team and the First Team Kit Department, you will make sure players, coaches and staff are fully prepared for every training session, fixture, tournament and trip.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare playing and training kit for all academy teams, including home and away match kits
- Issue and collect player and staff kit and keep accurate stock and allocation records
- Help with the annual kit and equipment order within budget
- Maintain and organise academy football equipment and report stock requirements
- Prepare changing rooms and team areas, and attend all U21 fixtures home and away, supporting U18 fixtures where required
- Support the First Team Kit Team with training set-up at Lostock as required
- Manage ball assistants at first-team home games and provide academy transport assistance
About You
- Previous experience working in a kit, sports or football environment
- Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, staying calm under pressure
- A flexible approach to working hours
