We’re looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to lead and support our logistics operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on teamwork and operational excellence within a growing business.
Responsibilities
- Lead logistics planning to ensure on-time, cost-effective freight movements and delivery performance.
- Oversee coordination of global shipments (air, land, sea), ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations and requirements.
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring production schedules, resolving logistical issues, and maintaining accurate system records, including costs.
- Manage daily operations to meet commitments to customers and internal processes.
- Foster collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent communication, service quality and continuous improvement.
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Act as the point of contact to resolve problems or complaints.
- Identify lead-time constraints and take corrective action to remedy issues with project delivery.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
- Analyse data and trends to identify and plan for future logistics needs.
- Create and implement KPI metrics and analyse performance data.
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Logistics/Transport Supervisory role.
- Experience negotiating logistics contracts and service agreements.
- Outstanding planning and coordinating skills.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving ability.
- Proactive, uses own initiative and capable of working under pressure.
- Able to adapt to evolving project demands and priorities.

- Strong knowledge and experience of international shipping regulations, Incoterms and customs procedures.
