ROLE AND PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Partnership Delivery Manager will be responsible for fulfilling the requirements of the Partners and Sponsors for Worcester Warriors across their whole sponsorship and advertising portfolio. The role will also be responsible for supporting all areas of sponsorship renewals and new sales efforts, assisting in commercial rights delivery, providing sponsorship activation development and delivery as well and identifying upsell opportunities.

WHAT TYPE OF PERSON ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal, ability to quickly build trust and relationships.
- IT literate and highly competent in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Pro-active, confident and a self-starter.
- Good organisational and planning skills (must be able to prioritise work load especially at busy times)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Key team player - the ability to work in a team, and can also work effectively as an individual.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The delivery of all partners requirements as agreed within the partners contracts
- The administration of all contracts
- The organisation of all partners and sponsors hospitality requirements
- Maintaining accurate records and database of all sales and business development activities
- Responsible for the activation of existing and new commercial partnerships and sponsorships
- The organisation of non-matchday partnership and sponsorship events
- To attend all match days, duties on the day as allocated by Head of Commercial
- The delivery of partnership and advertising and branding requirements
- The administration of our relationships with both PRL and ERC
- To ensure KPI’s set by Head of Commercial are met
- To undertake any other duties deemed commensurate with the post and as directed by management and/or the Company.
