Job purpose
This role is an integral part of an effective and efficient team for the planning, preparation and delivery of events at the Stadium. To be responsible for providing administrative support to the department, dealing with enquiries and ensuring accurate data entry and production of accurate information to strict deadlines.

Working closely with key stakeholders and as an integral part of the team, the preparation and management of events is very much a combined team effort. Working closely with the team to assist with the development of the event operations and key personnel. Build on existing relationships with agencies and suppliers with a view to obtaining the very best value and professional service to support our operation. Reporting to the Operations Administration Assistant.
