The Wimbledon Hockey is a large, inclusive and high performing hockey club with 850 juniors and 15 Adult teams. We run our hockey programme from 3 sites - Raynes Park High School which boasts a state of the art water based pitch, Kings College Playing fields with a double pitch and Ricards Lodge School.
More and more juniors are aspiring to follow the high performing elite senior players with 76 young players in the 2020 / 21 season making selection for County, Region or the England International junior squads.
Wimbledon Hockey Club are looking for experienced coaches to lead midweek training junior sessions and Sunday training sessions and fixtures. Wimbledon Hockey has been awarded Talent Centre status so duties may include additional sessions for the England Hockey Player Pathway programme.
We have a thriving dynamic team of experienced coaches and we offer regualr in-house coaching training to further develop our coaching team.
Required skills / qualifications
- Level 2 Coaching qualification
- Safe Guarding qualification
- First Aid qualification
- Right to live and work in UK
- Prior hockey coaching experience preferable
