Are you a natural relationship-builder with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving growth?

We’re searching for a Strategic Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of some of our most important key partnerships.

As the face of the company to your account base, you’ll be responsible for developing productive, long-term relationships with key strategic partners. You will drive growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets, implementing business-focused strategies, and preparing volume forecasts and plans. Managing your account base will involve regular visits to partners, ensuring stock levels are optimised across all product ranges. You’ll make sure every aspect of their business with us runs smoothly, with all sales opportunities fully maximized.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a passion for making an impact. You’ll be working with key accounts, driving growth, and creating strategies that deliver value and innovation. It’s not just about meeting targets—it’s about exceeding expectations and building relationships that stand the test of time.

This role will support key strategic partners across the UK, so the successful applicant should be comfortable with considerable travel throughout the week.

About you:

What do you need to be successful in this role?

  • Strong track record of sales excellence, ideally within a FMCG industry
  • Outstanding people skills, ensuring strong partnerships are formed
  • IT Literate, with strong planning and organisation skills
  • Effective written and face to face communication skills
  • Effective time management
  • Good business acumen along with a great moral compass
  • The ability to use relevant computer applications and to think creatively, analytically and commercially
  • Highly self-motivated with strong resilience
