The Role – Finance Systems Project Assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join The R&A’s Finance team as Finance Systems Project Assistant. The successful candidate will provide systems and accounting knowledge within the finance systems function who support the finance team and the wider business. This role will play a key part in assisting the current team with a number of enterprise wide business projects that will enhance how the finance function operates and supports the business. The role will cover all aspects of finance so will provide the candidate with wide ranging experiences across order to cash, purchase to pay and record to report functions.
This is a full time permanent role, 35 hours per week.

Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes:
- Working experience and understanding of the core concepts of a finance function and associated processes.
- HNC/D level qualification in accounting, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office 365 products.
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience of Oracle NetSuite, or similar ERP, would be desirable.
