The role – Client Relations Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Hospitality team as Client Relations Assistant. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of a world-class customer service and experience for all hospitality guests attending at The Open and the AIG Women’s Open. The successful candidate will support the sales team and ensuring efficient operational delivery at Championships, working with internal and external stakeholders.

This is a full-time permanent position working 35 hours per week, typically Monday – Friday.

This role will be based in St Andrews, office based at Pilmour Cottage, with potential for hybrid working in line with company guidelines.

Interviews will be held from 3rd April.

Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes:

  • Experience working in a customer service role.
  • Experience working in booking systems and handling invoices
  • Experience using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
