About the role
The LTA’s vision is “Tennis Opened Up” and its mission is to make tennis Relevant, Accessible, Welcoming and Enjoyable.
The Major Events and Digital Transformation team are responsible for delivering the LTA’s programme of events driving visibility and enjoyment to new and existing audiences.
The role of the Hospitality Coordinator is to lead on specific projects and provide support across all LTA’s Major Events including this years Davis Cup 2022.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the Hospitality Manager in the completion of admin, pre-event preparation, operational tasks.
- Support and coordinate events delivery for hospitality on Nottingham, Birmingham, Eastbourne, Queens, Wimbledon and the Davis Cup tournaments.
- Lead the on-site hospitality delivery at Birmingham.
- Support the delivery of partners hospitality activations on all tournaments.
- Support the Ticketing Manager in the completion of admin, pre-event preparation and ticketing delivery.
- Liaise with staff, internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful hospitality activations and delivery.
- Fulfil and document all event information.
