About the role
We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic People and Culture team that is looking for a proactive and talented People & Culture Coordinator. The People & Culture Coordinator will support the wider team by providing a comprehensive administration and customer focused service in responding to different queries and issues.
They will be responsible for coordinating key HR processes including onboarding, system administration, processing invoices, Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks and answering routine queries from colleagues and managers through the service desk software. Organised and with an eye for detail, they will be confident dealing with a wide range of tasks and build a positive relationship across the organisation and will also be able to manage conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines.
