Role summary

The successful candidate will proactively drive hospitality business for the East Region’s racecourses predominantly for Huntingdon racecourse but also including, Newmarket, Market Rasen, Huntingdon, Sandown Park, Epsom Downs and Kempton Park Racecourses.

This role will see the successful candidate convert sales enquiries into confirmed business and expanding their customer base. This will be achieved through targeting new customers and sectors, whilst ensuring strong levels of repeat business through successful account management. Excellent communication and rapport building abilities are essential.

The successful candidate will;

  • have previous sales experience and be able to demonstrate strong account management skills
  • be able to achieve and exceed set sales and profit targets
  • identify new sales opportunities and be experienced in new business development
  • be able to meet deadlines and prioritise workload
  • possess excellent presentation and organisational skills
  • have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle
