About the role
The Head of Employee Communications will be instrumental in building the trust and support of The Jockey Club’s employees to deliver our mission of creating a thriving horseracing industry for the good of all.
The Employee Communications team is responsible for ensuring that our leaders and employees, spread across the country in a range of roles, understand, believe in and know what action to take when it comes to delivering our vision and strategy.
You will be an active member of the Corporate Affairs Leadership team, playing a key part in developing The Jockey Club’s engagement strategy, helping it to create the conditions it needs to succeed.
