The Football Association [The FA] is the not-for-profit governing body of football in England. The FA oversees England international teams across men's, women's, youth and disability football, as well as running the National League System and FA Competitions including the Emirates FA Cup, Barclays FA Women's Super League, FA Women's Championship, and Vitality Women's FA Cup, and the world-class facilities of Wembley Stadium and St. George's Park, all with a purpose to Unite the Game and Inspire the Nation.
To deliver against our goal we have reallocated resources and invested heavily in developing a team of exceptional people capable of creating winning England teams at our world-class training facilities at our National Football Centre, St. George's Park.

Role Description
The Operations Officer will provide excellent administration and operational support to the Women's England Talent Pathway Team, developing processes that support the identification and management of a wide and diverse pool of talent to ensure the best quality and quantity of players are available for England Teams.
Key Accountabilities
- To support the administration of the Discover My Talent Programme as part of the Women's England Talent Pathway.
- To support the development and administration of the Player Referral system to support the identification of players for the Women's England Talent Pathway.
- To provide administration support to the Talent Technical Coaches in preparations for the Regional Future Lionesses Talent ID events and provide support for any partner led events.
- To provide administration and operational support for the Women's England Talent Pathway National Events as and when appropriate.
- To provide business support to five Talent Technical Coaches.
- To establish and maintain excellent relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure outstanding delivery of our pathway.
- To effectively manage all administration and finance for the Future Lioness Talent ID events consultant workforce across the Women's England Talent Pathway.
- To support the Women's Talent Pathway Operations Manager with timely information and data to support delivery of the Women's England Talent Pathway.
- To support the Women's TID Manager to ensure all Women's England Talent Pathway player data is up to date and accurate.
- To provide administration and operational support to any Women's England Talent Pathway activity or programmes as and when appropriate.
- To support the ongoing development and implementation of the Women's Blueprint for Success.
- Execute additional task as required to meet FA Group changing priorities.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of health, safety and wellbeing can be maintained.

- Ability to create presentations.
Desirable:
- A detailed knowledge of the women's game,
- Basic Project Management skills,
- Basic Analysis skills.

Please be aware that unless you are contractually homebased, your contract with The FA will specify a fixed location of either Wembley Stadium, St. George's Park or our Processing Centre.
This role is advertised as a fixed term contract up to 3 years. Please note, if you are shortlisted for the role interview dates will be hosted on 23rd August 2022.
We currently work within a hybrid working model whereby the expectation is to work from your contractual location for part of the week, and as and when required by the team. The remaining days can be worked remotely. We will continue to monitor this model and it may be adjusted in future if deemed necessary.
