We are looking for a Lead Physiotherapist to join our team in a senior clinical and management role. The successful applicant would manage our new clinic in Hitchin, as well as a team comprising of Physiotherapists, Sports Therapists, Strength & Conditioning coaches and administration staff.
We are going through an exciting and fast paced growth phase, and we are looking for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career and manage their own clinic - without the risk of owning it yourself.
This role would be based full time at our Hitchin practice and the successful applicant will report directly to the group director.

ABOUT YOU:
You must:
- Be a fun, personable, outgoing practitioner, with great people skills, fantastic communication and enjoy working as part of a dynamic team, and embracing our fast paced but vibrant team culture.
- Have a passion for clinical excellence, objectivity and using technology to improve patient results and experience.
- Have a proven track record in MSK, private practice, sport or a senior role in the NHS
- Demonstrate that you are looking to develop your clinical knowledge and skills, and show an interest and ability to combine this with commercial awareness
- Be able to independently mentor and train a team of Physiotherapists, Strength & Conditioning Coaches and Admin staff.
- Be able to understand KPIs and performance metrics, and engage in strategic conversations that blend clinical excellence with successful business performance.
- Take pride in your career and be obsessive about getting the best results with your patients and achieving high performance from your team.
Whilst not essential, it would be even better if you:
- Had experience using acupuncture/dry needling, shockwave therapy, sonography, objective testing (HHD), gait analysis/orthotic prescription etc.
- Have clinically mentored other Physiotherapists.
- Have worked in professional sport
- Have experience of working in private practice, with a proven method of generating new referrals and business.
- Have a proven record of commercial success in private practice
