As Health, Safety & Security Administrator, your role will be all about supporting the team with efficient and effective working practices. For example, scheduling meetings and making sure everyone has the right briefing documents. You’ll manage the stewarding schedules for matches and events, and provide overall administrative support on match days. (You have the best veiw of the stadium!)

When there aren’t matches and events, you’ll coordinate all the health and safety training for Scottish Rugby employess, making sure all the records are up to date. In this role, you work alongside every department at Scottish Rugby and have many external relationships too. This role is all about building connections and keeping people safe, so if meeting new people and caring about their wellbeing gets you fired up, we want to hear from you.

  • A strong administrative skillset, with proficiency in all MS programmes
  • Experience in working across a number of teams and coordinating tasks and activities
  • A strong attention to detail
  • An ability to communicate important information clearly in a way that engages your audience
