Passionate about sports development, event coordination and making an impact in the game? We are seeking a Game Development and Course Coordinator to support the Rugby Development team through exceptional organisation, creativity and communication.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing and updating the annual course and CPD workshop calendar for training and education, ensuring a seamless schedule and all logistics are taken care of
  • Design and deliver promotional materials and online content, such as social media posts, weekly ezines and departmental communications
  • Providing support for department national projects
  • Coordinating all area specific administration, such as venue bookings, communications, purchase orders, and acting as liaison with clubs, schools and partners

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience of coordinating events, meetings and people
  • Passion for working with people and building connections
  • Excellent IT skills, including analysing data, and graphic design using tools such as InDesign, Canva or Photoshop
  • Knowledge of rugby and sports development would be advantageous
