Rosslare Golf Links, one of only 50 true links courses in Ireland and the only one in the south-east, is seeking to appoint a General Manager to lead the club into its next phase of growth and success. Established in 1905, Rosslare Golf Links offers 18 challenging holes alongside the adjacent 12-hole Burrow course, providing a premier golfing experience for members and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage department heads in Course, Catering,
- Professional and Administration teams.
- Oversee financial performance, providing regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage golf operations, member relations, marketing, food & beverage, customer service and facilities.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Business or Club management qualification is preferred.
- Strong experience in hospitality, leisure and sports management.
- Proven track record in leading teams and managing budgets.
- Strong commercial awareness with an appreciation of the traditions of a private members’ club.
- Exceptional customer service.
