About Us

At the Radcliffe Group we’ve combined a wealth of knowledge from different medical disciplines and professionals who have been at the forefront of elite human performance for over 20 years. Our industry leading Physiotherapists and Sport Scientists are dedicated to determining the primary cause of the presenting pain or problem and identifying predisposing factors that may affect performance and potentially lead to injury.

A key component of our philosophy at the Radcliffe Group is screening movement and recognizing any restrictions or dysfunction in an individual’s movement pattern. We believe in being proactive and holistic within our approach, highlighting any predisposing factors and movement dysfunction that may lead to injury or recurrence of symptoms. Once this has been established, improving the quality of movement through range; neurally, fascially and muscularly is a prerequisite to becoming pain free, preventing injury and enhancing performance. Each individual will follow a structured plan tailored to their needs that will form key habits and become the building blocks to achieving pain free movement and improved athletic performance.

Our ethos is that elite level physiotherapy and performance should be accessible to everyone and at the Radcliffe Group, whether you’re an international athlete, an individual competing for fun or someone who is just starting out the philosophy and the service remains the same.
